Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Extract the target tissue sample using the provided buffer solution, then mix thoroughly.

2. Draw Sample: Use the pipette to draw the liquid extract.

3. Add Sample: Transfer 2–3 drops of the sample extract into the sample well marked “S”.

4. Wait: Read the result at 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Two distinct red lines appear (C and T).

• Positive (Detected): Only one red line appears in the Control region (C).

• Invalid: No line appears in the Control region (C).
