Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Prepare and extract the sample using the provided buffer solution, then mix thoroughly.

3. Add Sample: Add 2–3 drops into the sample well (S).

4. Wait: Observe results at 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Both C and T lines appear. Tetracyclines level is below the detection limit.

• Positive (Detected): Only C line appears; T line is absent. Tetracyclines residue is detected.

• Invalid: C line fails to appear. Retest with a new kit.
