Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Extract and process the tissue sample with the extraction reagent as instructed.

2. Draw Sample: Draw the liquid extract using the pipette.

3. Add Sample: Transfer 2–3 drops into the sample port (S).

4. Wait: Wait 5–10 minutes before reading the result.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Two red lines (C and T) appear.

• Positive (Detected): Only one red line (C) appears.

• Invalid: No C line appears.
