Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Process and dissolve the sample thoroughly in the extraction buffer.

4. Wait: Observe results at 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Both C and T lines appear. Tadalafil level is below the detection limit.

• Positive (Detected): Only C line appears; T line is absent. Tadalafil is detected.

• Invalid: C line fails to appear. Retest with a new kit.
