Test Procedure

Sample Preparation: Extract and homogenize the liquid or tissue sample with the buffer solution.

Draw Sample: Pipette the liquid extract.

Add Sample: Add 2–3 drops into the sample port (S).

Wait: Interpret the visual result at 5–10 minutes.
Result Interpretation

Negative (Safe): Red lines appear at both the Control region (C) and the respective Test regions (T).

Positive (Detected): The Control line (C) appears, but one or more Test lines (T) are missing, indicating detection of the corresponding antibiotic class.

Invalid: Control band (C) fails to show up.
