Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Process the tissue sample using the provided extraction buffer and mix thoroughly.

3. Add Sample: Add 2–3 drops to the sample well (S).

4. Wait: Observe result at 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Both C line and T line appear.

• Positive (Detected): Only C line appears; T line is absent.

• Invalid: C line does not show. Retest with a new cassette.
