Test Procedure

Sample Preparation: Mix the liquid or extracted tissue sample thoroughly with the buffer reagent.

Draw Sample: Draw the prepared sample using the pipette.

Add Sample: Dispense 2–3 drops into the sample port (S).

Wait: Read the result within 5–10 minutes.
Result Interpretation
-
Negative (Safe): Both C and T lines appear.
-
Positive (Detected): C line appears, T line does not appear.

Invalid: No C line visible. Repeat the test.
