Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Extract triazophos from the tissue sample using the extraction buffer as instructed.

2. Draw Sample: Collect the liquid extract using the pipette.

3. Add Sample: Dispense 2–3 drops into the sample port (S).

4. Wait: Read the result within 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Both C and T lines appear.

• Positive (Detected): C line appears, T line does not appear.

• Invalid: No C line visible. Repeat the test.
