Intended Use

The Diquat Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of diquat residues in tissue samples. It provides fast preliminary screening results for food safety testing.

Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Process and homogenize the tissue sample with the extraction buffer, then mix well.

2. Draw Sample: Draw the clear supernatant liquid using the pipette.

3. Add Sample: Add 2–3 drops into the sample well (S).

4. Wait: Allow to react at room temperature and observe results at 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Two lines appear (both C and T lines). Diquat residue is not detected or below limit.

• Positive (Detected): Only C line appears; T line is invisible. Diquat residue is detected.

• Invalid: C line fails to appear. Retest with a new kit.
