Test Procedure

1. Sample Preparation: Treat and extract the tissue sample using the extraction buffer as instructed.

2. Draw Sample: Draw the clear supernatant extract using the pipette.

3. Add Sample: Add 2–3 drops into the sample well (S).

4. Wait: Allow to react at room temperature and observe results at 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Negative (Safe): Both C and T lines appear.

• Positive (Detected): Only C line appears; T line is invisible.

• Invalid: C line fails to appear. Retest with a new kit.
