Test Procedure

Sample Preparation: Grind sample, add extraction buffer, shake thoroughly, and allow particles to settle.

Draw Sample: Draw the clear liquid extract using the pipette.

Add Sample: Add 2–3 drops into the sample well (S).

Wait: Observe results at 5–10 minutes.
Result Interpretation
-
Negative (Safe): Both C and T lines appear. Vomitoxin level is below the detection limit.

Positive (Detected): Only C line appears; T line is absent. Vomitoxin is detected.

Invalid: C line fails to appear. Retest with a new kit.
