Product Description

Intended Use

The Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of aflatoxin B1 in grain, feed, and food tissue samples. It is intended for preliminary safety screening to prevent mycotoxin contamination in food and animal feed.

Product Overview

  • Product Name: Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) Rapid Test Cassette

  • Target Analyte: Grain / Feed / Food (Aflatoxin B1)

  • Application: Rapid onsite screening of aflatoxin B1 mycotoxin residues.

Test Procedure

  1. Sample Preparation: Take a representative ground sample, extract it using the provided extraction solution, and mix thoroughly.

  2. Draw Sample: Use the pipette to draw the clear supernatant liquid.

  3. Add Sample: Transfer 2–3 drops of the liquid sample into the sample well marked “S” on the test cassette.

  4. Wait: Read the result at 5–10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes.

Result Interpretation

  • Negative (Safe): Two distinct red lines appear — one in the Control region (C) and one in the Test region (T). Aflatoxin B1 level is below the detection limit.

  • Positive (Detected): Only one red line appears in the Control region (C); no line appears in the Test region (T). Aflatoxin B1 meets or exceeds the detection threshold.

  • Invalid: No line appears in the Control region (C). Discard and retest with a new cassette.
