INTENDED USE
Avian Leukosis Virus Antigen Rapid Test Kit is a qualitative lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the detection of Avian Leukosis Virus P27 (ALV-P27) Antigen in poultry samples.
Summary
The cassette contains a colloidal gold conjugated antibody against ALV-P27, which combines with any ALV-P27 antigen present in the samples. The complex binds with the antibody coated on the test region of the cassette. A colored band develops within 15 minutes in the test region if the concentration of ALV-P27 antigen in the sample is higher than the detection limit. A control region on the upper end of the cassette confirms if the test has been successful.
