INTENDED USE

The Avian Influenza Virus H9 Serotype Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Avian Influenza Virus H9 antigen (AIV H9 Ag) in avian serum, secretions or spleen.

Pinciple

The Avian Influenza Virus H9 Rapid test kit is based on sandwich cross flow immunochromatography. The test device has a test window, which is used to observe the analysis run and read the results. The test window has an invisible t (test) area and a C (control) area. When the treated sample is coated into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will flow across the surface of the test strip and react with the pre coated monoclonal antibody. If there is an AIV H9 antigen in the specimen, a visible T-line will appear.Line C should always appear after the application example, which indicates a valid result.In this way, the device can accurately indicate whether there is AIV H9 virus antigen in the sample.
